There are better places in town.Two Mexican restaurants, a Vietnamese restaurant and American restaurant in the Myrtle Beach area were cited with violations that did not earn them an “A” grade in this week’s Myrtle Beach area restaurant inspections. I strongly dissuade anyone from staying at this place ever. The lift wouldn't work on two of the three days that I stayed there. Cockroaches are in abundance in both the rooms, the restaurant and the public areas. One has to literally ask for each and every thing in the restaurant. i asked for coffee with my breakfast and was told that only tea is available. There are no spoons or forks to have your breakfast with. The place is terribly littered with bottles and cans and paper napkins from the previous night.
But there is not a soul in the restaurant at 8:00am. The room door wouldn't lock from the outside until you tried it ten different ways. One could not be blamed for doubting whether it was tap water from the bathroom. The complimentary drinking water bottle placed in the room isn't even a sealed bottle. I sometimes wonder whether they even wash the sheets and towels. the rooms and bathrooms are as filthy as it can be and so is the bed and bath linen. Firstly, there is a bar or multiple bars that play loud thumping music way past midnight. I stayed in room 305 this month for three nights.
